Cambium Assessment (CAI) and Google released an updated SecureBrowser for Chromebooks on Oct. 29 to resolve the SecureBrowser not loading or not initializing on ChromeOS devices. Please use the Google Admin Console to ensure this update (v. 8.0.0.1) has been pushed out to all your devices. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience while we worked with Google to resolve this issue.
If your Secure Browser does NOT update automatically due to IT settings, please coordinate with your respective school IT administrators who manage your Chrome testing devices or MDM.
